Shipping Policy

At Outfit Art, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and shipped with the utmost care and efficiency. Below is an overview of our shipping policies:

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are printed and processed after the order is confirmed and payment is received.
  • Typical processing time for POD (print-on-demand) orders is ~2–5 business days before shipment, depending on production workload.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays may start processing on the next business day.

Shipping Times
After processing, shipments are handed to courier partners:

Domestic Shipping (within India)

  • Deliveries usually take ~5–10 business days after dispatch (varies by pin code and courier).
  • Remote or rural areas may be on the longer end of this range.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are generally calculated based on weight and destination, and shown at checkout.

Example (India domestic):

  • Air shipping: ~₹54 per 500 g + 18 % GST
  • Surface shipping: ~₹42.37 per 500 g + 18 % GST
  • COD (if enabled): ~₹34 per 500 g + 18 % GST

(GST extra where applicable.)

These are typical Qikink charges; stores may add extra services like rush processing or branded packaging that cost more.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once the shipment label is generated and the package is picked up, a tracking number (AWB) is updated in the seller dashboard.
  • You (or your customer) can use this number to track delivery status with the courier.
  • For certain India Post shipments (used where regular couriers don’t serve), tracking may be limited and not end-to-end.

Common tracking statuses include: Pickup scheduled, In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered, RTO (Return to Origin), etc.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Domestic orders in India do not involve customs duties.
  • International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, or fees in the destination country — the customer is typically responsible for these.

Shipping Address Rules
To help ensure delivery:

  • OProvide a complete and accurate address with pin code, street name, city/state, and a landmark.
  • Inaccurate or incomplete addresses increase the risk of delivery failure and RTO.

If a package is returned due to address issues or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping may require additional charges.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If the courier marks a package as lost in transit, Qikink generally issues a refund of the order value back to your credits so you can place a replacement order.
  • For India Post deliveries, end-to-end tracking is limited and you cannot claim POD/loss from India Post directly.
  • Qikink is typically not liable for lost/stolen packages handled by independent couriers — refund policies depend on delivery partner’s confirmation of loss and evidence.

❌ Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Modifications (like shipping address changes) generally must be requested before printing begins. Once an order is in “printing/packed” status, changes usually aren’t possible.
  • Order cancellations are typically allowed only before printing starts. Once printed or shipped, cancellations aren’t accepted


📞 Customer Support

  • Most stores using Qikink provide support via email or contact form for shipping, tracking, lost packages, or delivery issues.
  • For direct shipping escalations (undelivered, RTO, etc.) with Qikink, emailing care@qikink.com
    with order/AWB details triggers assistance.
  • Be prepared to share order ID and tracking details when seeking help.

Key Reminders

  • Delivery estimates are after dispatch — processing precedes this.
  • Shipping rates and services (like rush orders or packaging add-ons) vary by store.
  • Qikink does not charge RTO fees, which helps if COD orders remain undelivered.
